Football Predictions is a mobile application that publishes football match predictions, fixtures, league tables, statistics and editorial tips. It also includes a football knowledge quiz organised into levels of multiple-choice questions.

Content is produced for information and entertainment. Features such as daily predictions, notifications and saved leagues may change as the app develops.

By opening the app you confirm that:

Predictions, statistics, tips and quiz content are informational and educational. Nothing in the app is financial, investment or betting advice.

When you use the app you agree to:

The app’s text, graphics, branding, logos, quiz material, design and software belong to Nupress Tech or are licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, alter or commercialise any part of it without written permission from us first.

We may add features, change them, pause them or retire them at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will be available continuously or without faults.

The app relies on external providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising and measurement. Where those providers handle your data, their own terms and privacy policies apply alongside ours.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what control you have. It forms part of your agreement with us.

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of the app or your inability to use it. That includes lost data, lost profit, lost business and similar losses.

We also make no promise that the app is free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose you have in mind.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We give no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or reliability.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or behave in a way we reasonably consider harmful to the app, to other users or to our business.

These Terms may be revised from time to time. If you keep using the app after a revision, you accept the updated version. Material changes will be noted by the effective date at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nupress Tech operates, without applying conflict-of-law rules.
